Draper Construction, Inc. · Wabash, Indiana
Mark Draper has put up houses, additions and garages across Wabash County for four decades, almost all of it on referral. This is what that work would look like with an address online.
Houses, additions and garages across Wabash County, going back forty years. The work is all still standing out there, but there is nowhere online to go and look at it. Your photographs belong in these six slots.

The six photographs above are licensed stock. They show the kind of work, not yours, and each one says so on its face. Six to twelve photos off your phone would replace the lot, and that is the first thing we would ask you for.
These are the towns a site like this would target in Google, so that someone searching “home builder near me” finds you instead of a builder from two counties over. We drew this list from your location and nothing else, so you will want to correct it.
Distances are straight-line from Wabash, and your actual coverage gets confirmed at kickoff.
Service area map
This map is drawn into the page, so it loads fast and follows the light and dark themes. If you would rather have a live Google or Apple map that people can pan and zoom, we can put one here instead. Your call at kickoff
Draper Construction is classified as a single-family housing contractor and general building contractor. The list below is proposed, so tell us what to keep, cut or add.
A proposed service list, confirmed at kickoff.
Every year below is a matter of public record with the City of Wabash.
Forty years of service in Wabash County, counted from the 1986 start date on the BBB file.
The city register is our source for 2021 through 2024. We did not find Draper Construction on the city's 2025 or 2026 lists, so if you registered those years, or if your work has been outside city limits, tell us and this section gets corrected. We could not verify licensing, bonding or insurance anywhere either, so the page stays quiet on all three. Send the details over and they go here.
We found no published reviews for Draper Construction anywhere online. No Google rating, no Facebook page, nothing on the BBB file.
After forty years there is no shortage of satisfied customers, but nobody has ever asked them to write anything down. Setting up a Google Business Profile and an easy way to ask is part of this project, and that is what fills this space.
Mark Draper has run Draper Construction since 1986 and is the name on every City of Wabash contractor registration we could find. When you call the number on this page, he's who answers.
A photo and a few lines in Mark's own words belong here. We haven't invented either.
End of the concept · start of the proposal
Built for Mark Draper by Intense Visions, a web studio in northeast Indiana. Nothing above was invented. Every fact on this page came from public record, and anything we couldn't verify is marked as yours to fill in.
The case for a site
Draper Construction has no website and no Facebook page. That means when somebody in Wabash County opens their phone and types “home builder near me,” there is nothing of yours to find.
What they find instead are builders who do have pages aimed at your county. K. Graber Construction runs a “New Home Construction in Wabash County” page. TK Constructors, an out-of-town volume builder, runs one titled simply “Wabash, Indiana.” Neither has been here since 1986. Both are easier to find than you.
The forty years are the hard part and they are behind you. What's missing is an address you hold outright, one that still answers at eleven at night when nobody is in the office.

If you say yes
Roughly two weeks of our work, paced by how fast the photos and answers come back. We won't set a launch date until those are in hand, because that is not a day we control.
Fifteen minutes to confirm services, service area, hours and licensing, and to pick the domain.
Needs: 15 minutes of your time
Six to twelve job photos, and phone pictures are fine. This is the one step that decides the schedule.
Needs: your photos. Everything downstream waits on this.
We build the real pages around your photos and the answers from the kickoff, then send a link.
Needs: nothing from you
You mark up what's wrong and we fix it, with one more pass if it needs one.
Needs: one round of feedback
Domain goes live, Google Business Profile set up and linked, site submitted to Google.
Needs: your approval
We host it, keep it patched, watch it stay up, and make your edits when you call.
Needs: nothing from you
Call or text Noah Warner at (260) 212-8313 and say whether the forty-years angle is right. Fifteen minutes, no obligation.
Design reference
None of this came off a template. Every choice below traces to something true about Draper Construction.
Warm plaster and timber, the colours of a house under construction instead of a tech brand. The one accent is the blue of a snapped chalk line.

Short sentences and plain words, the way a builder with forty years behind him actually talks.
Sounds right“Building homes around Wabash for forty years.”
Sounds wrong“Elevate your vision with cutting-edge solutions.”
Who built this
A small web studio in northeast Indiana. We build fast, plain, durable sites for local businesses and host them ourselves on Cloudflare's network, so they load quickly and stay up.
This page was built for Draper Construction before we had ever spoken, which is how we introduce ourselves. Look us over at intensevisions.com before you call anyone back.
